Super Mercato Canaletto is an occasional dinner in our flat in Vauxhall, to fundraise for food banks and cut on food waste. We work with different collaborators on each dinner and use only the surplus ingredients from New Covent Garden Market which would otherwise go to waste. We ask our guests to donate whatever they wish for the meal so that we can pass it on to various food banks.
